A cure for crazy–at least the busy kind

In July I did a podcast titled “If you feel burned out”. If you haven’t listened to it, I encourage you to go listen to the whole thing, it is about 10 minutes or so, but in it I gave a really practical tool to help if you are feeling burned out. There are seven steps to the process starting with calming down, then moving through how to assess and tackle the situation, and finally to calm. I really think this is something that can make a major difference in your life, so I even went so far as to create about an hour long video that has each step along with pauses long enough to complete the step.
